Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
We process orders immediately to ensure quick delivery, so cancellation requests after order placement will not be accepted.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact while returning.

4. Refund Policy

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
