This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring the publication of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for accessing or using Jovial Dots (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform’).

The Platform is owned and operated by Jovial Dots, an online stationery store (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', 'our').

By using our website, services, and tools, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform, including applicable policies which are incorporated here by reference. If you transact on the Platform, you will be subject to the policies applicable to such transactions. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with Jovial Dots, and these terms and conditions, including the policies, constitute your binding obligations.

📑 Terms of Use:

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during and after registration and shall be responsible for all activities done through your registered account.

  • We make no warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information and products offered for any particular purpose.

  • Your use of our platform is entirely at your own risk. You should independently assess whether our products and services meet your requirements.

  • All content on the platform, including product images, designs, layout, and graphics, are proprietary to Jovial Dots. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  • Any unauthorized use of this Platform may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

📌 Orders, Payments & Shipping:

  • By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price and applicable shipping charges.

  • We currently ship across India and worldwide. Shipping rates, delivery timelines, and restrictions are specified at checkout.

  • Once an order is placed, it is considered a legally binding agreement to purchase.

📌 Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations will not be accepted after the order is Placed.

  • No returns are accepted unless the product received is damaged or incorrect. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery at jovialdots@gmail.com with photo proof.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
